W. H. Foster To W. M. Scott State of Georgia, Gilmer County This Indenture made this 20 day October in the year of our lord nineteen hundred and five between W. H. Foster of the county of Gilmer of the First part and W. M. Scott of county of Fulton of the second part. Witnesseth that the said W. H. Foster of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof to acknowledge and ______ warrants any consideration has bargained sold and by these presents does revise release and ______ quick claim to the said W. M. , his heirs and assigns all the right title, Interest claim or demand the said W. H. Foster has or may have had in and to all the minerals and mineral interest in and to original land lot number sixty (60) in the eleventh Dist (11) and second section in the said count of Gilmer and State of Georgia Containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less with all the rights members and appurtenances to the said land lot. Minerals in any use _____ or belonging to have and to hold the said minerals and mineral interest in and on said lot to the said W. M. Scott his heirs and assigns so that neither he said W. H. Foster nor his heirs nor any other person claiming under him shall at any time by any ____ or way have claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid minerals and ____ at interest in order for said lot of land or its appurtenances or any rights thereof.
