Foster 86-11-2 State of Georgia, Gilmer County This indenture made and entered into the 26 day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and three (1903) between N.C. Weeks of the one part and W. H. Foster of the other part. Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted sold and conveyed _____ the said W. H. Foster his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Gilmer as follows: Being a part of original land Lot No 84 known as Town Lot _____ of the Wallace & Duckett survey in the town of East Ellijay in Block “G” being Lot No 4 in said survey being eighty nine (89) ft by one hundred and fifty in the 11th Dist and second section known as a part of the Jess Hopper property which said tract or parcel of land the said N.C. Weeks will well and truly warrant and defend from the claims of all persons whatsoever unto the said W. H. Foster, his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. In testimony whereof the said N.C.
