Newton M. Foster Deed To Eleazer M. McArthur No 186-12-2 GEORGIA, GILMER COUNTY, This indenture made this eighth day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty One. Between N. M. Foster of the County and state aforesaid of the one part and Eleazer M. McArthur of the same place of the other part. WITNESSETH that the said N. M. Foster for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold and conveys and does by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said E. M. McArthur his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the twelfth district of originally Cherokee now Gilmer County containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less. Known and distinguished in the plan of survey by the number one hundred and eighty six in said district. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said E. M. McArthur his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights to members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to him and their own proper use benefit and behalf forever in fee simple. And that the said N. M. Foster for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators the said bargained premises and the said E. M. McArthur, his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatever. In witness whereof the said N. M.
