"The SCRUGGS & GALLAGHER Families "

I am researching the SCRUGGS familyfrom Rutherford County NC. I have gotten back to RICHARD SCRUGGS born before 1755 and died around 1829. He was married to PRUDENCE HICKS and they had 10 children (named in his will). My line is from his son ROBERT SCRUGGS,b1785 and married to ELIZABETH WEBB( this is NOT Robert of Cowpens. Robert of Cowpens was his nephew). ELIZABETH was the daughter of Daniel & Celia WEBB.I am trying to find any information on the parents of RICHARD SCRUGGS and PRUDENCE HICKS. How they may have come to NC, where they came from...etc.Both of my maternal grandparents were from Cliffside, NC in Rutherford County. On my grandmothers side I am looking for the names WATKINS, LAVENDER,& CLEARY. I am also looking for information on the name HAWKINS who married my g-g-grandfather Daniel Scruggs.
I am also looking for the GALLAGHER family of Toledo, OH. My g-g-grandfather PATRICK GALLAGHER, his wife MARY McMANUS and their family came from Ireland to this country in May of 1873. They settled in Toledo where my g-grandfather JOHN GALLAGHER met & married BRIGETTA DELIA GALLAGHER. They had 5 children.
PATRICK GALLAGHER was from Ballimore, County Lietrim and DELIA was from Drumshambo, County Leitrim, Ireland. DELIA'S parents were JOHN GALLAGHER & MARY SHARKEY.
Any information on any of these families will be greatly appreciated and I am happy to share any information that I have.
