I am searching for family information with the family names of Foss/Hillman/Dring/Schneible/Rau from Minot, ND and around GrandForks, ND. I have just found Elisabeth Rawe (Rau), who is a German-Russian, from Odessa, Russia. She is mother of Madeline Schneible. Madeline was raised in the North Dakota School for Homeless Children. We are not sure when Elizabeth died. Madeline is my Grandmother, who is mother of Esther Dring, who married Willard Hillman.
