Myfamily research has been a work in progess since the early 1930's. My Great-Grandfather, Rolla Elbert Cowger Began at that time, and was assisted by his son, my uncle, Charles Cowger. The research was then Carried on by his son, Chuck Cowger. When Chuck unfortunately passed away, the torch was picked up by myself, and my uncle Mike who lives in the UK. I have expanded my own family tree to include my Father's side of the tree. My husband Jeff likes to refer to me as a "Geneaholic", and wishes there were a 12 step program to sign me up for! I have always been interested in my ancestry. As a child, I played at My Great-Grandpa's feet while he would spend many hours at the typewriter, writing to courthouses and 16th Cousins twice removed from all over the Country. So I guess I come by it honestly! He would be amazed at the wealth of information that is now available on the net! I hope you enjoy our site!
