Rupert Lynn Foster (son of Burton George Foster and Azilla Delphine Brown) was born January 06, 1896 in New York, and died Bet. 1940 - 1950. He married Daisy Cleo Holcomb on September 17, 1921, daughter of James Nelson Holcomb and Ina May Wilkins.

Notes for Rupert Lynn Foster:
Rupert was believed to have been murdered and body was dumped in a sink hole that was in the area. Rupert had apparently gone to the bank that morning and withdrew $600. Later that day he went out to check on cattle and never returned. A few days later a known poor family that Rupert had quarreled with came up with a new car. For a long time family thought Roy had killed Rupert but all can to the same conclusion: If Roy had done it, he would have bragged about it the first time he got drunk.
