War Pension Files -- File number W 7959 John, Elizabeth, W7959, NC Line, sol lived in Johnston Co., NC at enl & sol m there to Elizabeth Boyet in Apr 1786, sol d 17 Aug 1824, wid appl 3 Jun 1845 Anson Co, NC aged 86, wid d 9 or 16 Jun (both dated given) 1845, children were: Molly b 23 Jan 1787; George b 2 Oct 1789; Elizabeth b Apr 1792; ????fert (paper torn) b 18 Jun 1794; Mourning b 5 Jan 1797; Keziah b 14 Mar 1799; Pashie b 2 Sep 1801; other children shown but no birthdates given were; Ferbie; Elisha; Letha or Litha; & Sarah "Sally", also show was Phoebe Boyet daughter of Elizabeth Boyet b 3 Apr 1783; in 1851 surviving children were; George; Betsy; Mourning; Cuzza "Keziah"; Letha; Sarah "Sally" all were then living in Anson Co, NC. In 1845 sol's sister Nancy Horn was aged 86 & her husband James Horn was aged 89 & were living in Anson Co, NC. Sol's sister Ailcy Keen was aged 80 in 1845 also of Anson Co, NC; the sister Nancy and James Horn had m about the close of the Rev War.
