According to email from Louis Broniecki-Murphy in 2007, the family house on Holt Street was first owned her grandparents - John and Marciana Broniecki. When they died, Aunt Sophia Broniecki-Kocinski and her husband Frank Kocinski inherited the house. Frank and Sophia sold the house to Louise's parents (Stephen and Helen) in 1955. Louise inherited the house in 1978 when her father, Stephen died. Louise and her husband David sold the house in November 2006.
