Know all men by these presents that we Charles W. Brink as principal and James Kelly & Wm. D. Kelly as securities are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the just and full sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars for the payment of which will and only be made and bind ourselves our heirs & jointly ? And severally firmly by these presents ?(smudged) with our seals and dated this 20th day of August A.D. 1845.
The condition of the above bond is that if Charles W. Brink Administrator of the estate of Daniel Brink deceased shall faithfully administer said estate account for pay and deliver all money and property of said estate and perform all other things touching said administration required by law or the order or decree of any court having jurisdiction then the above bond to be void else to remain in full force
