5. Thomas Ervin² Frazier (Henry¹) was born Dec-22-1864 in Louisiana, and died Feb-26-1930 in Louisiana. He married (1) May Wall. He married (2) Mary Susan Hurst Mar-20-1898 in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana, daughter of Thomas Hurst and Levinia Lea.

Thomas Frazier is listed in the 1920 St. Helena Parish, Louisiana census record without a wife since his second wife Mary Susan died in 1914. Six children are listed in his household at this time: Amanda age 21, Lottie 19, Maggie 14, Ervena 12, Nicholas 8 and Irene 6. Under the education section, all the children listed were able to read and write. Thomas Frazier, at age 55 was unable to read and write according to the 1920 census. The 1900 St. Helena census says that Thomas E Frazier can read and write.

The 1900 St. Helena Parish, Louisiana census record says he owned his home, a farm, since he was a farmer.
