Eli Albutus "Bert" Orcutt (b. Feb 10, 1872, d. Jan 17, 1934)
Eli Albutus "Bert" Orcutt (son of Robert C. Orcutt and Katherine Gage) was born Feb 10, 1872 in Saquoit Valley, Oneida, NY, and died Jan 17, 1934 in Mt. Upton, Chenango, NY (on Otsego Co. border). He married Mary "Minnie" Hannah Anderson on 1902, daughter of Lyman William Anderson and Sarah Anna Curzon.

Eli Orcutt is alone, presumably working away from home(below). Owns 800 in property. He is 58 (born in 1872) and was married at 32 (1904). He and both parents were born in New York. His occupation is "laborer" working odd jobs and unemployed. I'm guessing that he was away from home trying to find work. What is confusing is that he owns 800 in property but his wife is renting.
