Unknown February 1876 in Nickolasville, Jess.Co.,Ky. He married (2) Lillian Mae Oxford 17 February 1892 in Plattsburg, Clinton Co., Missouri, daughter of Jacob Oxford and Lydia. She was born 8 May 1872, and died 14 April 1962 in Harrisonville, Missouri.

James M. Frazer was born Nicholasville, Jes. Co., Ky and married Susan M.(Uknown maiden name) on Feb. 18, 1869. She left him in Feb 1876. Per the statement made in their divorce by James that she was asked to come back and live with him as his wife but she refused. He got into trouble with the law in Clinton County, Mo. on a few occasions with carry a concealed weapon. Finally in August of 1891 he filed for divorce. She was served with papers and summoned to come to court on January of 1892. The summons is signed as having been delivered to her by the Clay county Sheriff. She failed to appear in Court. Divorce was granted Jan 12, 1892. Supposedly when James Died there was mention of a daughter named Leta of Dawson, Ray County, Missouri. No proof to justify as yet other than newspaper obit. Also mentions James having a brother named Tom in Harrodburg, Ky.

As of March 27, 1892 James M. Frazer married Lillian Mae Oxford d/o Jacob and Lydia Oxford of Clinton County.
