This is the plan of Civil Order, Marshall County, Tennessee prior to 1850. Civil Order was the home of Rev. James WILLIAMS and wife Sarah. Civil Order if in existence today would be located in what is called Chapel Hill, Marshall County, Tennessee. The only standing structure is the smoke house, recently restored. The cemetery is in excellent condition, recently restored by the WILLLIAMS and McCORD families. Both of these can be located off Hwy. 31a heading north out of Chapel Hill.
