Notes for GINERVA DUGAN: Ginerva and her sister Jennie never married but lived together. The two old maids walked to town and sold eggs and butter just as their mother had. They also brought grapes and elderberries to sell in the summer. Jennie, Ginerva and Albert are all buried in Maness Cemetery in Fletcher, Mo. |

Notes for ALBERT DUGAN: Albert was the cousin and good friend of Phillip Bailey. They went off to WWW I together were Albert developed tuberculosis caused by the poison gas used during the war. Albert had been out west and came home to his mother. He had a little one seated roadster car. He took his mother to town one day and on the way home the car skidded in loose gravel and overturned killing his mother. He died in 1936 , and is buried along with his two sisters. |
