Real estate transactions begin to be cited in the Eppingen Gewaehrbuch beginning 1748; At one time housed the Synagogue in part of his house; according to Ratsprotokoll Band 412 of 1772, his family needs now required all of the space, leading to a request to the community for building a synagogue. Document of 12 Feb 1753 states he received Schutz in 1747.
