Notes for Benedikt Herz Ettlinger: from 26 Sep 1729 listing due to Wolmershauser shows schutz in 1712, origin is Ettlingen, called Hertzle. wife shown as Freydel, 4 children in one report, 5 in another; 2 boys and 2 girls in Feb 8 1736 report. In report of 77/7257 he is listed as of small property, poor. In a document of 30 May 1771 it is indicated that he has only two children. In a 1769 document it is stated he has lived in Bretten, protected, for 33 years, that is since 1736.
In Proceedings of Palatine Privy Council, 1730-1731 there are shown entries on behalf of Benedict, asking for protection dated 23.02.1731. 30.03.1731, 13.04.1731
