first mentioned in 1697 by Angerbauer and Frank in their book "Juedische Gemeinden in Kreis und Stadt Heilbronn", page 60. He was Judenvorsteher in Amt Bretten. In 1705 mentioned again as having sons. In 1722 there is cited a sale of his house in the outskirts of Eppingen to his son-in-law, Loeb, wherein there is also mention of two sons: Isaac and Joseph. His name continues to appear in the annual real estate tax register until 1724/25. He probably died in the period1723/24.
