Frey, Thelma M. Caldwell, 76, of Moundsville, WV, died Saturday, August 19, 2006 in Ohio Valley Medical Center.
She was born June 4, 1930 in Marshall County, WV, a daughter of the late Harry R. and Minnie Hummel Caldwell.
Thelma was a member of life member of the VFW Post #437, Moundsville.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Clark and Pauline Purtiman Blake, two grandsons, Charles F. Frey and Steven W. McGill.
Surviving is her husband of 57 years, Joseph F. Frey Sr., four children, Joseph F. Frey Jr. and his wife Judy, Harry Paul Frey and his companion Brenda Holt, Pattianne Parsons and her husband Donnie, Karen S. Frey and her husband Brad Hess all of Moundsville;
five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Monday at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes and Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, where services will be held at 11:00 am. Tuesday, August 22, 2006. Interment in Mt. Rose Cemetery, Moundsville.
