(X) Pitman to John Manning, Dec. 3, 1764, for 35 pounds Virginia money a tract of land on Sikes' Branch adjoining Thos. Harbert. Wit: Thomas Harburt, Wm. Batchelder. This might not be the correct John that Ann married. It could be the John born in 1707.
