| Marj and I both belong to the Santa Barbara Genealogical Society and the Walworth County (WI) Genealogical Society. Marj is a library at the Santa Barbara Genealogical Library and also serves as librarian one day a week at the local LDS Library. Marj's research is primarily in the US. Some of the family names are Southwick, Pierce, Ladd, Gilman, Van Dresser and Russell. My father was born in Norway, so most of my research is done there. He was from Egersund in Rogaland. The names I am researching are Friestad, Ellingsen, Mellemstrand, Johannson and Thorson. I have copies of both the 1882 & 1912 Walworth County Histories and will do look-ups. Note: I now have every name indexes for the 1912 and 1882 Walworth County Histories. Marj's Email is MarjAF@cox.net.
