Ken Frosch Family Tree Page

We are in the process of researching our family roots. Currently I have cataloged several people from the Frosch, Leiterman, Gracyalny, Abel, and Stehula families. The tree does trace back a couple of relatives from Russia, Germany, Austria, and Poland. The immediate relatives of my wife and mine are from Wisconsin.

My great-grandfather, George Frosch, and his brother, Frank, were prominent business owners in Wayside, WI in the late 1800's early 1900's. Their father, George, immigrated from Germany in the mid 1800's. He was born in Koenigheim, Baden, Germany, son of Alexander Frosch. Alexander's father was Andreas, also from Koenigheim. Andreas' father was Adamus from Gruensfeld near Koenigheim, just south of Wuerzburg, Germany.

  My son, Colin, points to the name of Fridolin Frosch on the monument. Fridolin is his 1st cousin 4 times removed.
