John F. Frye
John F. Frye, 24, 1103 87th Ave. died at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday (Feb. 7, 1990) at St. Mary's Medical Center, Racine, from injuries received earlier in an automobile-truck accident on County Highway H.
The sone of Francis and Diana (Willie) Frye, he was born Aug. 30, 1865 in Kenosha.
A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he attended McKinley Elementary and Bradford high school.
On Oct. 21, 1989, in St. Therese Catholic Church, he married Cheryl Thuesen.
An Army veteran, he enlisted in Milwaukee on Nov. 24, 1982 and was discharged Nov. 21, 1985 in Oakland, Calif. He was an infantryman.
A machinist, he had been employed at Addison Die Casting, Kenosha Division of Ganton Technologies.
He had been a sports enthusiast and played Little League baseball and CYC football. He was a member of AFL-CIO Local 233-b.
Surviving his is his wife; his father and stepmother, Francis and Ruthann Frye, of Kenosha; his mother, Diana Frye, Bradenton Fla; a brother, Sgt. William Frye, stationed in Germany; two sisters, Mrs. Jason (Brenda) Merritt, Bradenton and Mrs. Jeff (Lori) Woelfel, Kiel and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Marie Frye, also of Bradenton.
The Piasecki Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
