Last Will of Abel Niblet(t)

The State of Alabama\
Russell County\

Know all men by these presents that this is my first last and only Will and I want my wife Frances to have forty acres of the South west quarter of Section fourteen lying and being in the North east fourth of the North west quarter. Also twenty acres of the South west fourth of the North west quarter commencing at the middle of the South west fourth and running east to the North and South line of the Same.

To have and to hold expressly for her use during her natural life to live on or to dispose of as she will _________.

Also I want Bussell Williams to have one hundred dollars and also I want Matilda Niblet to have one hundred dollars. Also I want Ellenon Ana Niblet to have a certain wagon that he has been at some expense of reframing. Also, I want my wife Frances Niblet to have my two horses. Also I want my wife Frances Niblet to have all of the house hold and kitchen furniture that there is about my house at this time. Also I want Sarah Niblet and Edwina Niblet to have at debit of my wife Frances Niblet to have one hundred dollars equally divided between them.

Given under my hand this the 25 day of July 1857

Personally appeared before me William Wilkey an acting Justice of the Peace in and for said county - Abel Niblett whose name in signed to the foregoing conveyance of will and who is sworn to me, acknowledged before me on this day that being informed of the contents of the conveyance he executed, signed voluntarily, on this day the same ___ date. Given my hand this the 25 day of July 1857.

Personally came in open court Joseph Holt and George J Leslie the sworn witnesses to the foregoing instrument who being duly sworn pose and say that the testator therein named executed the voluntarily, on the day it ___ date, and declared the same is his last Will and Testiment that they sign their names in the presence of each other and of the Testator and that the Testator signed his name in their presence, and further depose and say that at the time of signing the same the said Testator was of sound and dispersing mind and memory. Sworn to and Subscribed before me June 11, 1866.
