Fuller. Wit: William Lea, Fleming Childress. John N. Fuller qualified.
(note: This is only an abstract, but includes all names mentioned in the will)

(From Jeff William Fuller)
When Nehemiah Sr. died he owned 350 acres of land which appears to have been divided equally between Nehemiah’s youngest sons, William, Jesse, and Nehemiah. Even though no record names these men specifically as his sons, it seems the most reasonable explaination for the distribution of Nehemiah’s property. Each of these sons received 116 ½ acres, probably when they came of age, by Henry Fuller, the administrator of Nehemiah’s estate. William received his land October 19, 1789 (Caswell Co. Deed Book F, pp.179-80). Jesse received his land January 19, 1791 which is after Henry died, but may have been on his previous instructions Caswell Co. Deed Book G, p.106). Nehemiah Jr. received his land probably in 1792, but no date appears on the deed (Person Co., Deed Book A, p.200).

Marriage Notes for WILLIAM FULLER and SARAH BRADSHER:
John Bradsher, who settled in the Caswell/Person Co. area of NC had a daughter named Sarah, but her history is otherwise unaccounted for. It's believed this Sarah was the Sarah who was the wife of William Fuller. Court records in Caswell Co. regarding the settlement of the estate of Moses Bradsher(son of john and brother of Sarah) shows that the administrator paid William Fuller in right of his wife Sarah's part of the estate of John Bradsher.

Asa's relationship to William is inferred from the very close associations with William and Bradsher. His property was adjacent to Williams' land (and Moses' and Bradshers'). Also, he served as a bondsman when Bradsher married, Bradsher returned the favor, serving as bondsman when Asa married.

Marriage Notes for ASA FULLER and JENEY JOHNSON:
Bradsher Fuller and Ira Lea were the bondsmen for their wedding.
