Fuller Heirs of Elijah Fuller deceased, prays the court to appoint suitable persons to
divide the property of said ulands among them so as to give each an equal share. ---

It is ordered that Wm. Janis, K. L. Harralson, Jonathan Harralson,
John H. Veazey & Wm. Green or a majority of them be and they are hereby
appointed to divide the property belonging to the above orphans between them share
and share allike ---

As we all agree, Elizabeth Boggis Fuller took her Simeon Fuller to Troup Co
GA sometime after the death of Elijah abut after 1830. Simeon was probably born
in 1822. There are surviving guardian returns in Troup County GA regarding
the orphan, Simeon Fuller, for the years 1836, 1837, 1840-41. The last
return was filed 1 Jul 1842. The guardian in Troup Co GA was Sankey T.
Johnson.
