Jacob Spitznogle Born 5-6-1842 in Union Co,Liberty ,Indiana,son of George & Nancy Shroyer Rice Spitsnogle.Jacob married Emmeline Pullen daughter of James Madison & Harriet Miller Pullen in Muscatine ,Iowa.Jacob and Emmeline are buried at Miller Cemetery,Mercer Co,Ill.A memorial stone was dedicated to them on May 15,1999.
