Phyllis Pearl Fuller,first-born child of Phillip Sheridan & Flora Belle Brown Fuller.Born May 4,1892;died July 16,1966. She Grew up in Mercer/Rock Island County, Illinois.She married Leonard James Coulter and lived much of her life in and around Illinois City,Ill.They had seven children:Harold Roy,Floyd Vance,Ralph Clayton,Ezra Vern,Frances Ann,Clifford Norman,and Inis Louise Coulter.
