Phyllis Pearl Fuller was the only daughter of Phillip Sheridan & Flora Belle Brown Fuller.Born Mercer/Rock Island county May 4,1892.She lived most of her life in that same area.She married Leonard James Coulter and raised seven children;Harold Ray,Floyd Vance,Ralph Clayton,Ezra Vern,Frances Ann,Clifford Norman,and Inis Louise Coulter.She was a wonderful ,loving lady.My Aunt Phyllis.
