Wiliam Fuller was born in Millersburg Il .Oct 27,1843.He served during the Civil War ,Co H 84th Il Reg,vol Infantry.He was wounded at the battle of Stone River Tenn.He was a survivor of the infamous Andersonville Prison.He returned to Ill.and married Joanna Brown.They farmed in Mercer Co,where he died Nov 21,1911 Mercer Co,Ill.
