Carl FUNK, left, and his cousin, Clyde FUNK, circa 1895. They were both living in Scott County, Illinois at this time. Neither was yet married. Carl was the son of Nimrod FUNK (II) and Rhoda MILLS; Clyde was the son of Simeon FUNK and Laura WEBSTER. Nimrod and Simeon FUNK were brothers.
