The Futrell/Oxner project is one that I started on my own with help of co-workers that were already students of geneology.I am the son of Emmett Alvin Futrell Jr.and Margaret Ann Oxner Futrell. My paternal ancestry to this point seems to have it's beginnings in state of North Carolina.After slavery I've tracked my ancestors through the states of Tennessee, Kentucky,Ohio,and Michigan. My maternal Ancestry to this point began in Hellers Township,Newberry County, South Carolina.I've tracked my my maternal ancestors through he states of Arkansas and Ohio.
