ZIMMERMANN :
Mathias ZIMMERMANN and Ursula EINIG immigrated from Prussia/Germany in 1846. They lived in Greenfield, Wayne County, Michigan till Mathias death in 1871. My line is from his second son Michael ZIMMERMAN.

Family members married into ALF / ALPH, BERRESSEM, BILLS, BIRD, BRUSTMACHER / BRUSTMAKER, COLERUS, ETTIG, FOSTER, KARMANN, KOSELKA, LEMMER, OSBORNE, OUELLETTE, PHIPPS, REICHERT, ROULO, STEFFES, SUEY, TAVERNIER, MOUGHTON, VOGEL.

BILLS :
Children of Samuel Bill & Eunice Woodworth: Some of the Children are Ira BILLS, William BILLS, Alvah BILLS, Samuel BILLS of Wayne County, Tuscola County, and other counties of Michigan. My line is through Ira BILLS and Mary Ann HAYWOOD of Nankin, Wayne County, Michigan. Samuel Bill originated in Vermont and then migrated to New York then in 1835 Samuel Bills and his second wife Permilla Landdon and some of his children migrated to Michigan.

LEGGETT / LEGGITT :
Decendents of the Leggett/Leggitt line of VA/WV believed to be decendents of Pompey Leggitt. My line is through James & Catherine (Floyd), LEGGETT / LEGGITT of Monongalia, Virginia now West Virginia. James and Catherine Leggett, migrated about 1835 to Crawford County, Illinois. Many of his decendents still live in surrounding Counties. My line is through James third son John F Leggitt, and his son Stephen Leggitt and Sarah Newlin.

BULLOCK :
Family connected to the Leggitt line through Stephen Leggitt's first son Alva Leggitt who married Rosa M Bullock. My line is through Thomas Jefferson Bullock and Addie Rapp of Wolf Creek, Mead Co. Kentucky.

SHELDON :
Decendents of this line are of Frederick SHELDON and Sarah HILL of Connecticut, they migrated to New York. Many of there children migrated to Michigan. My line is through Emma Palmer Bills, wife of Edmund Bills and daughter of William Palmer and Sophronia Sheldon. Sophronia was daughter to Asa Sheldon and Maria Clark.

It was fun to watch the figures in the clock turn and hit there hammers on the bells and here it ring. Many times you would hear how the clock was broken. I am uncertain who all of the people are in this picture but do know Adah Bills Zimmerman is on the end left side of the photo.
