This WEB page has been developed to disseminate my family tree information as well as to solicit additions or changes to the tree. As with all genealogy research, this is a work-in-progess, as such, changes are inevitable. There are several family lines that I am following: Descendants of JACQUES CAUDEBEC, who immigrated to the New York area in 1685. His descendants have may variations in surname spelling such as CUDDEBACK, CUDABACK, KODEBEC, CODEBACK, COTTEBACK, etc. My wife's family name is MILLS. The family lines there begins with SIMON MILLS, who immigrated to the Connecticut area in the mid 1600's. This is located at what is known as the pioneer knoll near Cuddebackville, NY. Dayle Gabler, 6th great-grandson of Jacques is relishing being able to stand at the spot where his ancestors lived, fought, loved and died.
