The Clarence Otterbein Werts Family Home Page

I have just begun researching the Clarence Otterbein Werts Family. Clarence (1902-1965) was originally married to Janet Astley Cosner (1904-1955) and they had four children: Edward, Richard, Dorothy and Donald, all born and raised in Southern California. Some additional surnames are Cosner and Astley.
Currently trying to locate information regarding:

1) Samuel Otterbein Werts (approx. b.1870, d.1950), born in Germany, immigrated to Oklahoma and settled in Grants Pass on the Rogue River in Oregon. Married to Elizabeth. {father of Clarence Otterbein Werts}

2) Omer Cosner (d. 1964?) married to Engra Astley (d. 1980), both born in Pennsylvania(?)and settled in Southern California. {parents of Janet Astley Cosner}
