Hello from Houghton Lake, Michigan. I am researching the names: James Eagle & Sophia Mifflin, James P. Eagle & Margaret Ann (Maggie)Badder. Other family names include: Soper, Blackmore, and Stoddard.

"WHEN YOU AND I WERE YOUNG, MAGGIE"
James and Maggie were married October 10, 1882 in Chatham, Ontario. They came to the U.S.A. on October 31, 1886, and were pioneer settlers in Wilson Township, Alpena County, MI. Fourteen children were born to them. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary October 8, 1932. Their song was the title above.
