Ed is researching the GALIPEAU family from Montreal, Canada. Francois moved to Massachusetts about 1880. It is said that his wife was a Cree Indian. Specifically, Ed is looking for information about his Canadian roots. Kay is researching the ADAIR family in Mississippi, around 1860. Isaac Adair and his wife Mary (Walker?) Adair lived in Carrol County from about 1840 until they died. After their son, Pleasant Walker Adair, died in the War Between the States, his family moved to Texas. We would appreciate any information about these families. We are also willing to share the information that we have already found with others. |
