My Reaearch spans the last 20 years and goes back to the 1500s. Much of my research has been obtained the old fashoned way, with months of writting, phone calls and hours of searching old records and books. My collection includes photos dating back to the Civil war, of which many are on tin plates. Because the old method is so slow, I still have many gaps to fill and many records to abtain. Family Tree Maker has helped to speed the task. My computer time is limited but I will be putting all my research in as fast as time allows. As a beginner I failed to add my sources and documentation. Now realizing that importance I am in the process of adding all my sources and documentation as without it, it is just a bunch of names with no value to true researchers.I hope to complete this task within the next six months so please checkback.I am willing to share my research and am open to suggestions.
