Names we are currently researching are: GALBRAITH, SMITH, WEBBER, KERR, AND BOWMAN, Ontario CanadaThomas GALBRAITH b 1902 came from Scotland around 1929-1934 with his wife Mary DONALD (b. 1905)and their son, Donald GALBRAITH(b. Sept. 22, 1925) married Eura Douglas Webber SMITH (b. Oct. 4, 1924), she is the daughter of Roy Percy SMITH MD(b. Mar. 29, 1892) and Azile Gertrude WEBBER (b. July 29, 1888). Roy Percy SMITH was a well known Doctor in and around the Hamiliton and South Porcupine area's of Ontario. Roy SMITH is the son of Charles Herbert SMITH (b. Oct. 14, 1864)and Clara Susan BOWMAN b. Sept. 10, 1867(daughter of Jacob BOWMAN and Barbara Stipes) Azile WEBBER is the daughter of Walter Beattie WEBBER and Emma KERR. This family lived in Ontario, Canada in the West Flamboro Twsp. for many years. The BOWMAN's came from Switzerland to Pa. USA and to Ontario Canada. The SMITH's listed here were born in Ontario Canada. I am willing to share any information I have, and if you have any information on the above, please contact me. |
