The Perkins/Gallagher home page are tracing the ancestors of Susan Katherine Perkins and James Patrick Gallagher. The Perkins Line originates in Hillmorton, England. Isaac Perkins and is brother Abraham migrated to New England in 1630. Isaac was one of the founders of the New Hampshire colony. His son Jacob later settled in Burlington, New Jersey. The Perkins line includes most of the founding families of the West New Jersey Colony, including the Philbrick, Hewlings, Shreve, Van Sciver,French,King,Palmer, Cooper and Fenimore families).

The Gallagher Line traces its ancestors to immigrants from Ireland and Germany who settled in Ohio in the Mid-nineteenth century. It also includes the Malloy, Oppelt, Engelmeier and Simon.

The Perkins/Gallagher Lines join in Dundalk, Maryland during the Twentieth Century.
