The Gantzer Clan:The bulk of my tree data comes from the years of hard work by a great aunt, Mary Margaret Freese Warrell.Her extensive research in the 50's and 60's resulted in hand typed copies of her work being provided to key interested family members.When this work was done, there were no computers, no copiers.I was able to make copies of her data for all family members who wanted it. I will provide copies of her data to those connected to us in some way, as best as I can. The family historian is my wonderful uncle, James Milton Black of Wheeling. This sage man was the collector of family memoribelia. He was kind enough to lend me his entire collection of pictures, letters and data. I am greatful. The Corbett Clan:My wife of "nigh on to 41 years" is from GA.Her large family is included and goes back to ther 1600's in SC.Her mother was a CorbItt and her dad was a CorbEtt.The clan settled in the Atkenson County area.Her family, like mine has dwindled over receant years, leaving only aunts and uncles. |
