Claude Benoist Garner born March 11, 1913 *89* and the other was for his ggdaughter Chloe Ann Miller she was born March 08, 2001 now look from 104 years to 1 year this was a good day.
The Garner family reunion was held on July 15, 2001.there are 695 in the family now from my GGrand father down that are still living.I sold some copies of the Garner Family Tree vol. 1 on CD-Rom. I am offering this information on CD for the price of $45.00 and one printed book for 75.00. For the past 3 years I have spent countless hours researching this project; it is truly an ongoing labor of love. To date I Have over 9,000 names and hundreds of pages over 38,149 text records in the Garner book.

Intro to the book

My grandfather exibited endless amounts of kindness and compassion. He was so proud of his grandchildren. He taught me how to play the harmonica and how to drive his tractor. In my eyes, he was the most patient teacher in the world! My grandmother was hardworking, fiercly dedicated to our family, and despite her limited formal education, she was wise far beyond her years. The most important lesson that my grandparents taught me was the value of family. I remember the importance of family get togethers while they were alive. They truly kept us together, focused on each other, and reminded us how important the simple things were.

My purpose in preparing the Garner family tree is to keep the memory of Mawmaw and Pawpaw alive, and to answer questions for present and future generations. I hope that we all can step back and realize the importance of our family. Sometimes we get so caught up in our differences and let pride get in our way. Please realize that we are all different, all walk a seperate path in life, but one thing remains constant: WE ARE ALL RELATED AND SHALL REMAIN FAMILY.

Judge Not

Rich man, poor man, beggerman, thief,
in life, they play their part,
Tis no matter what we may see,
Christ looks upon the heart. He came not to condemn the world,
The ugly nor the fair,
The harlots who walk in darkness,
Nor men whose beds they share. He finds no fault with the sinner,
For "All" He gave His life,
He loves us with all our faults,
Our problems, trials and strife. Price tags on our lives are equal,
For Christ has made them all.
He paid the price with His own life
And lifts us when we fall. Ah yes, my friend, be not surprised,
When life on earth is through,
And Heavens roll is called for us
Who's standing next to you.

YOU ARE FREE TO BE YOU, I AM FREE TO BE ME, I RESPECT YOUR DIFFERENCES, WE ARE FAMILY.

`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
May the sweet loving spirits of Ovie and Annie Garner live forever. This book is an ongoing work in progress and is lovingly dedicated to you both.
