14-212 March Court 1810. Jonathan Weldon vs George Dodson (son of Larzarus) Defendant. Case dismissed. (So Jonathan was here as late as 1810).

14-382 November Court 1810. Fanny Mays vs Jonathan Weldon; in debt. Nathan Pearman comes into court and undertakes for the defendant that in case they shall be cast in this suit they the said
defendants shall pay and satisfy the condemnation of the court or render them bodily to prison in connection for the same or that he the said Nathan Pearman will do it for them. Therefore came the parties by their attornies and on motion of the defendant by their attorney it is ordered that the judgement entered up in the clerk's office against them and Thomas Shelton and John Shelton the Security for them appearance be set aside. The said Defendant thereby pleads payment to which the plaintiff by his attorney replyed generally whereupon trial of the issue is deferred. (Note this association of Jonathan Weldon and the Mays family. They lived near each other.)

16-73 August Court 1813. Jonathan Weldon vs William Mays and Drewry Mays. In debt. By direction of the Plainfiff it is ordered that this suit be dismissed.
