Notes for Clarence Norbert Adams: Clarence was initially a farmer in Charter Oak Iowa, after his children were grown he and Lois moved to Galva Iowa and ran a bar and steak house called the Melody Inn. Clarence was diagnosed with cancer and as the disease progressed they sold the bar and moved back to Charter Oak. He passed away while visiting his daughter Karen in Schaller Iowa while the entire family was present. On that date the family was assisting Karen in moving into her home when she moved back from Texas.
