He was in the Veterans
Administration Hosp. in Grand Junction, CO 81502, where he passed away 10-21-
64. Nowhere does it state what was the cause of his death. The death
certificate is not with these other items.

He is buried in the Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 3698 So. Sheridan Blvd.
Denver, CO (no zip code given) He was a PFC in the US Army. Assigned #
20909223 Grave # 904, Section Q. His SS# was 549-09-1944-G1

Dad had written on one of the envelopes his residence was Homelake, CO
