BIOGRAPHY: Yes, Ricker Akers is the same as Frederica. George's daugh ter Mary told me she was called Ricker. (She also said her name wa s Rachel but I assume she was mistaken on that.) Ricker and Moses daughte r Sarah was married to a John E. Adams. Julia Evaline Adams had a brot her named John, I'm not sure if that is the same one or not, but I su spect so. Simon Akers was married to a Martha but surely she did no t die in 1886, as Simon was born in 1875 by my records. Here is a quote you may be interested in which is from th e same Mary mentioned above. Mary Akers Comreid said about Ralph Aker s . "Moses E. Akers' brother Ralph, something happened to his le g, he limped - it just got stuck" Did you know that? Mary also said th at Moses' first wife died while he was off to the civil war. Did yo u say you had some civil war documents?
