I am researching the DIGGINS family from Guysborough County, Nova Scotia. Other names in the family line include Murphy, McEachern, MacDonald, Casey, McCormack, McDougall, Carr, O'Neil, Larby and Hawley. The DIGGINS branch I am researching migrated from Guysborough County to Gloucester, Massachusetts in the late 1800's to engage in the fishing industry. A few branches of this line travelled to nearby Beverly Massachusetts and Salem, Massachusetts. Please feel free to contact me - I am always looking for new cousins!
