We are currently trying to obtain any and all information on General Robert E. Lee, who is my grandfather's great, great,great (we think) grandfather and are trying to start a family tree for our family. We had a reunion in the summer of 1999. We only have some pictures of ancestors, but no known paper trace of our tree has been found at this time. My grandfather is helping us by providing any information he has, but we (the grandchildren) are doing the investigating and paper work for him. Any information would be helpful to us.
