The Gebert Chronicle

We are researching the Gebert family originating in Berlin, Germany in the mid-1700's. The time frame for the immigration of Gustavus Gebert is 1865. We have traced him to Indianapolis-New York City.
Another part of the family we are tracing is the Arnheiters, Valentine and Margaretha and family, They arrived in New York City from Hamburg in 1880.
The Borkowsky-Grody(Grote} family has been difficult to connect. The Borkowsky part of the family came from Mainz, Germany to New York City in 1880. We still cannot find connections within the Grote family.
We have a single Wegner in our family. She has been traced to a small town outside of Berlin. She arrived in New York City in 1880.
