She was born 08 October 1687 in Somerset County, New Jersey38,39,40, and died 28 August 1742 in Bound Brook, Somerset, New Jersey41,42.

Notes for Jeremiah Field:
Jeremiah Field was a lieutenant in the Colonial militia in 1713 and a judge of the Common Pleas and Quarter Sessions of the Peace, and lived at Bound Brook. Inventory of the estate of Jeremiah Fields was taken by William Olden and Isaac Dye on 2 Apr 1747, and came to 443 pounds and two negroes. Lived in Bound Brook, New Jersey.

Notes for Thomas Genung:
Twin with Rebecca. Doubtful if he ever lived in Westchester County, New York. Lived in Morris County, New Jersey and died probably in Whippany, at the time in Essex County, New Jersey. Letters of Administration were granted 12 Feb 1724 to John Blanchard of Elizabethtown, his principal creditor. Name in original spelled Ganung, incorrectly copied on New Jersey Archives, vol. 23, as Garring. He is mentioned again in a deed from Henry Axtell to Joseph Genun of land in Morris County, called here father of Joseph. His early death probably preceded the arrival in New Jersey of his younger brothers Ichabod and Jeremiah.

Lived in Rye, New York. Quaker. It is known that there was another Jonathan Haight in Rye, New York at the same time. Sheriff of Westchester County in 1714. Episcopal vestryman 1711 to 1738. Collector for Rye 1716 and 1718. Surveyor of King's roads 1716. Justice of Peace at Rye 1720 to 1722. Surveyor for Rye 1725. Granted land in 1729 to 1st Presbyterian Society at Rye. Was on Episcopal church records in 1752.

  Notes for William Haight:
Weaver in 1729, later a farmer at Rye, New York. Received deeds from his parents of property in Rye 1729 and 1730. In Feb 1762 he registered the earmark formerly belonging to his father. Moved to Phillipsburg, New York between 1765 and 1773. On court records in 1776. In 1785 be bought 133 acres of confiscated land that he had formerly owned. Probably no children.

  51 ii.   Sarah Haight67, died Aft. 25 July 1774 in Salem, New York68. She married Abel Hayt; born 27 February 1704/0569; died 25 July 177469.
  Notes for Abel Hayt:
Lived at Norwalk, Connecticut and Salem, Westchester, New York. His father gave him land at Canoe Hill, Norwalk, Connecticut (now in New Canaan) in 1746 and 1756. He had numerous deeds between 1737 and 1765. Moved to Salem, New York between 1765 and 1771. His will dated 22 Apr 1774 at Ridgefield, Connecticut and proved 15 Aug 1774. Mentioned wife, brothers and sisters, but no children.

The first record of him is 15 Oct 1755 when at settlement of the estate of Reuben Winget of Morris County, New Jersey, there was due him from the brothers Genung of Hanover, New Jersey, Jeremy and Ichabod 7s 6d. May have lived at Hanover, New Jersey.

Notes for Jeremiah Genung, Jr.:
Moved to Whippany, Hanover Township, New Jersey. Farmer and occupied various township offices. Between 1744 and 1747 he was overseer of the poor in the township of Hanover, New Jersey. 21 Feb 1744/5 he witnessed the will of John Radley of Hanover and made an appraisal of Radley's property. In 1746 his father in his own will at North Castle, New York was mentioned as Jeremiah Gonnong, Senior. 1 Oct 1748 he witnessed the will of Barnabas Carter of Hanover, New Jersey. 1749-50 he was overseer of highways of the township of Hanover. 28 Jun 1753 he appraised the estate of Richard Easton. 15 Oct 1755 he owed the estate of Reuben Winget, late of Morristown, New Jersey, 3 shillings, 4 1/2 pence. In another list of same estates the brothers Jeremy and Ichabod Genung of Hanover owed 7s, 6d. 16 June 1763 he with others took inventory of the estate of Benjamin Carter of Morris County. 23 June 1764 Jacob Allen of Morris County owed Jeremiah Genung, Sener 1s 7d. 11 July 1770 he deeded to Jonas Genung, his son, land in Hanover Township, signed Jeremiah and Elizabeth Genung; Thomas and David Genung witnesses. Buried at Madison, New Jersey.
